BURIED SACRIFICE

BURIED SACRIFICE

Three years after their breakup, ex-lovers Scarlett and Dante reunite at a Manhattan luxury hotel. Scarlett works as a receptionist there, while Dante—now the Vitale mafia godfather—checks in with a female companion and deliberately provokes her with repeated demands. Years ago, when critically ill Dante needed an urgent kidney transplant, Scarlett publicly sided with his half-brother. She was labeled a gold-digger who betrayed her lover, and Dante became a citywide laughingstock. Trapped in misunderstanding and fate’s tricks, can they rediscover their hidden true feelings?
