Five Winters for Her, Five Keychains for Me

Maya was Ryan's fiancée for five years. Every Valentine's, he flew to Aspen with his first love Hannah. Five years—thirty-seven gifts for Hannah, five cheap keychains for Maya. Maya cancelled the apartment, quit her job, and left the city in under an hour. When he finally chased her down, she said: "You are five years too late."
