If a Kind Billionaire Sponsors a Narcissistic Girl

Lincoln, while working on a rural poverty alleviation project, financially supports a struggling young girl named Zoey. Misinterpreting his kindness as a sign of special affection, Zoey grows increasingly arrogant. Five years later, Zoey graduated from university. To show off, she lied that Lincoln was her older brother and brought her classmates to intern at Lincoln's company. With Lincoln preoccupied by his company's impending IPO, he delegates the intern arrangements to the supervisor, Claire. Claire, mistakenly believing Zoey is Lincoln's relative, gives her free rein. Zoey takes full advantage, wreaking havoc in the company—firing the tech team and even declaring herself the board chair. During a critical negotiation with the powerful Douglas Group, Zoey's outrageous behavior causes the deal to fall apart. The stress of the situation sends Lincoln into a collapse, and he's hospitalized. Meanwhile, Zoey continues her reckless antics, driving the company to the brink of bankruptcy and even plotting to sell it off. When Lincoln recovers, he exposes Zoey's lies. Consumed by bitterness, she teams up with a rival company to sabotage Lincoln's tangerine canning project. But Lincoln, ever the strategist, uncovers the plot. In the end, Zoey is arrested, the company successfully goes public, and Lincoln secures the support of Douglas Group, turning the tide in his favor.
