Liu Ziyue's father, Liu Jianguo, deceives the richest man in Jiangzhou, Zhang Zheyuan, out of 5 million dollars, and the father and daughter are pursued by debt collectors. During one of their escapes, Liu Ziyue is mistaken by Zhang Zheyuan's sister, Zhang Qiang, for Su Qingqing, the woman who was once his first love and is now allegedly running away from marriage.
