The Barren Union

Elaine Harper was married to her ex-husband for seven years without conceiving a child. She was divorced simply because she could not carry on the family line. After the divorce, she remarried in a flash to the director’s son, who also suffered from infertility, just to get by in life. Unexpectedly, only three months into their marriage, Elaine became pregnant. The two, who had only settled for each other out of convenience, gradually developed a special bond as they awaited the arrival of their new life together.
