The Heiress's Test of True Love

Li Ziyao, the heiress of Hai City's wealthiest family, has been in a relationship with her boyfriend Yu Ke for three years. Her father suggests she marry someone of equal social standing, but Li Ziyao refuses. To test Yu Ke's sincerity, her father asks her to lie and claim the family has gone bankrupt. Yu Ke sees through the lie and insists that he truly loves her, though he remains unaware of Li Ziyao's real identity. Both Li Ziyao and designer Ren Yaoyao join Yu Ke's company, where Yu Ke mistakenly believes Ren Yaoyao is the real heiress and promotes her, neglecting Li Ziyao. Ren Yaoyao bullies Li Ziyao, and Yu Ke does nothing to stand by her, even becoming flirtatious with Ren Yaoyao. Gradually, Li Ziyao sees Yu Ke's true character and decides to prove herself through her career. She exposes Ren Yaoyao's hypocrisy and, in the end, finds mutual affection with her intended partner, Gu Shichen.
