Two kids survive a terrifying kidnapping. Trapped in the dark, they rely on each other and promise to escape together. During their breakout, the boy gets hurt protecting the girl. To save him, she acts as a decoy but is caught. The kidnappers poison her to keep her quiet, leaving her permanently mute. Years later, the grown-up girl is still haunted by nightmares. She wakes up crying, desperately missing the boy. She often thinks, C, are you okay? You said we would marry when we grew up. I broke my promise. Fate has other plans. Her family arranges a marriage, and she has no idea her future husband is her beloved C. He also fails to recognize his childhood companion, treating her as a polite stranger during their wedding preparations. One day, she finds the old pendant he gave her during their captivity and bursts into tears. Seeing the pendant, his memories come rushing back. He finally realizes she is the girl he has been searching for all these years.
